We arelooking for a leader who will develop the strategic plan,
solutions, andmanagement of our Enterprise Emissions management
(software). In this position, the leader will beresponsible for
developing the business strategy for helping customers
achieveNet-zero goals and execution of that strategy. This role
will develop marketopportunities, drive industry participation,
thought leadership, engage withregulatory bodies, oversight on
sales pursuits, manage internal processes, andform strategic
relationships with key customers and partners.
Thisposition requires an ability to effectively communicate and
influence keystakeholders across the organization. In this high
impact role, you will workautonomously as a senior member of our
leadership team to achieveorganizational objectives. You will
assist in the development of medium to longterm planning: Annual
Operation Plan (AOP) or Strategic Planning (STRAP).
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of the strategy for Carbon
Management
Provide oversight to sales and internal team on supply planning and
forecast, to ensure flawless execution to customers.
Drive pricing and contracting discipline to grow margins and
overall profitability of the segment
Define the Strategic Plan and business roadmap and competitive
landscape.
Identify and develop paths to alternative service revenue
streams
Manage and hold team accountable for sales pipeline and adjacency
growth ideas
Oversight of contract negotiations and close deals
Represent HON at industry events and associations, conduct customer
events and training workshops
Accelerate growth and act as an advisor/consultant to understand
customers unmet needs.
Build and launch carbon programs, innovative solutions and products
with customer segmentation and strategic pricing
Attract and develop a top talent pool that drives the growth of
this business
Responsible for motivating others; providing strategic vision for
growth in renewables while driving self and others for positive
business results for Honeywell and the customer.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree from an accredited university in sustainability,
environmental engineering or related field.
10+ years of experience in global Sales and/or Operations and
P&L management roles
10+ years of experience in the Renewable Energy industry/
Sustainability and Energy /emissions space
Experience managing complex transformation initiatives.
Proven track record of customer engagement at senior levels;
building long-term strategic and executive relationships
Strong leadership to create, adapt and drive change
Strong customer focus and commitment to value creation. Understand
what creates value for customers. Develop a customer centric
organization that has a deep understanding of customers' needs.
Deep knowledge of carbon management or sustainability and
technology, combined with the commercial skills to develop new
programs and services that have a positive impact on the bottom
line
