Job Description:
Job Description: This position is responsible for monitoring,
resolving, and communicating customer and application tickets
related to AngularJS, Oracle, Java, Tibco, and shell scripts for
the Auto Parts platform for Business Customers. Minimum
Qualifications: Skilled in SQL, Splunk, AngularJS, Angular, and
JavaScript 5+ years of Software Development experience and 2 years
of Production Support experience Strong design and interpretations
skills, including the ability to understand business requirements.
Sophisticated analytical skills and the ability to solve complex
technical problems Preferred Qualifications: Experience with the
following technologies: Kubernetes, SpringBoot, Angular, Kafka,
Docker Experience with SQL and NOSQL data sources Experience
building microservices Responsibilities: Assist in triaging,
assigning tickets based on customer feedback/tickets, program
alerts and documentation of runbook in collaboration with
developers, QA, and internal users. Assist in creating tickets on
Jira Develop runbook in Confluence to define the steps involved in
monitoring and resolving tickets. Collaborate with development
teams for escalations and meet SLA to resolve tickets. Work with
cross-functional teams during crisis to address and resolve complex
incidents and problems in addition to assessment, analysis, and
resolution of cross-functional issues. Experience in developing web
apps using AngularJS, CSS and HTML5 Continue to adhere to design
guidelines and standards for all the existing work. Provide
assistance and guidance during the QA & UAT phases to quickly
confirm the validity of potential issues and to determine the root
cause and best resolution of verified issues. Ability to understand
the existing application stack on AngularJS, Java, Tibco to
effectively triage the Prod tickets. Competencies: Excellent
communication skills (both verbal and written), including
facilitation and team leadership skills Proven ability to provide
strong problem-solving skills. Must be self-motivated and know when
to seek guidance Must be flexible, be able to change priorities
quickly, and handle multiple tasks concurrently Individual must be
a self-starter and capable of working independently as well as part
of a team Capable of learning new tools and technologies. Capable
of working independently and in a team.
