You will lead the software engineers on the team to ensure they fulfill technical, operational, and business requirements. Must have significant experience with JVM & Javascript polyglot and Spring. Preferred experience with projects involving identity, relationship and permissions management.Experience driving technical projects, prioritizing work, identifying dependencies, facilitating technical decision, driving quality, reviewing user stories and managing remote teamsBroad experience in relational and document databases, data structure composition, caching and reporting (with data lake / data mesh / BI experience a plus). MongoDB experience preferred.Extensive experience with continuous integration and automated build tools technologies with Maven and GradlePreferred strong experience with solutions leveraging ServiceWorker, webRTC, WebSockets, learning technologies (eg SCORM, LTI, etc), xAPI, PWA Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related fieldSolid written and verbal communication skillsAbility to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong leadership and interpersonal skills with accompanying experience in successfully leading and mentoring a team of software engineersInterested in hearing more?
