What You'll Do:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the different buying personas, including challenges they face in their role, and where and how they spend their time
  • Manage a pipeline with multiple parallel sales opportunities while involving members of the cross-functional leadership team
  • Run a methodical, repeatable sales process focused on identifying pain, framing potential outcomes, and planning implementations
  • Contact prospective customers by telephone to introduce products and set qualified demonstrations; conduct online and in-person product demonstrations; nurture opportunities from inception through contract negotiations
  • Understand and resolve prospect questions, respond to RFPs and RFQs, build quotes
  • Represent the company at conferences and industry events
  • Continue to master the evolving portfolio of our products and services
    What You Need:
    • BA/BS/MS degree
    • 5+ years of of closing experience in SaaS or technology sales
    • 3+ -years of closing experience for products or services with 6+ month sales cycle
    • Excellent communication (written & verbal), story-telling, listening, problem resolution, organizational, and execution skills
    • Eager to pick up the phone and talk with people; positive and energetic phone skills
    • Consultative sales aptitude; capacity to understand unique customer pain points, requirements, and correlate to business value/outcomes
    • Ability to forecast and manage a consistently up-to-date sales pipeline with multiple opportunities
    • Interest and ability to work in a hybrid 40% in-office and 60% teleworking environment
