Senior Sourcing Specialist

Our Sourcing team is focused on getting the right candidate in the door at the right time. Looking for a strategic, innovative professional who is progressive and can lead from the front by being authentic, agile, connected and technologically bold in all areas of sourcing.

Work you'll do

The primary focus of this role is to Partner with Recruiters to develop and to execute sourcing strategies aligned to business needs and create a pipeline of high potential candidates/future interest candidates in support of the hiring needs of Deloitte.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Leads the sourcing mission, strategy, tools, and processes for a given competency/ industry line. Operates as the SME for all attraction/sourcing and messaging methodologies.
  • Collaborates with recruiters and hiring managers (PPD's) to assess needs, develop sourcing strategy and implement sourcing plans to meet the needs of various across industries and competencies.
  • Creates a pipeline of potential candidates through various mechanisms (direct, internet, referrals, research, relationships, etc.) by prescreening and delivering active and interested candidates.
  • Partners with Recruitment marketing to identify and develop marketing materials required for skill sets targeting.
  • Obtain and compile competitor and market intelligence data to enhance our sourcing strategies.
  • Capture and report on key metrics that show results, trends and opportunities in key talent markets and supported business.
    The team

    The Talent Services Acquisition team collaborates with the business and across the Talent organization to provide strategic insight into the recruiting vision. The team advises on, implements, and executes the sourcing strategy to support full-lifecycle recruitment recruiting services. Teams are aligned by business function and then by type of hire, campus, experienced and Partner/Principal/Managing Director recruiting.


    • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 3 years of relevant experience including sourcing, recruiting, or direct corporate sales experience required
    • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
    • Ability to quickly acquire solid understanding of relevant firm businesses
    • Ability to quickly acquire strong knowledge of the firm's recruiting policy, procedures, and systems
    • Consultative approach toward clients
    • Ability to influence others, build strong relationships and networks
    • Analytical decision-making and problem-solving skills
    • Event-planning skills
    • Microsoft Office skills
    • Experience with applicant tracking systems/application skills
    • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques
      • Previous recruiting experience in a professional services or large corporate environment
