Job Description:
Job Description Seeking 5 temps to start on 6/13 and go through
3/31/23, could go perm if performance is good and our client has
openings but no guarantee on this Seeking bilingual or trilingual
(Spanish/English/French) Key areas of responsibility Tier I support
by phone and email, 500 calls per month per agent Tier II Support
for complex customer issues escalating as needed to an account
manager. Could be warranty calls from purchases from Home Depot,
etc, and troubleshooting questions on the products they purchased
Documentation of all customer interactions in Sharepoint/Zendesk
ticketing tools. Account maintenance and support responsibilities
include (but are not limited to): profile conflicts, account/site
access, approvals, failed orders, and out-of-stock order management
as well as all other order management responsibilities. Proactive
client communication regarding special orders, urgent and courier
order delivery, and promotional feedback. Key Qualifications,
Experience, Education, and Skills Required Minimum 6 months of
experience in a customer service role. Demonstrated ability to
prioritize customer needs, especially during promotional periods.
