promptly and professionally Report status updates on vehicles in
for repair/maintenance Respond to Service and Parts messages
Maintain productive relationship with customers Schedule Service
Appointments Follow up on missed appointments Must follow all
company safety policies and procedures. REQUIREMENTS: Have a High
School Diploma or equivalent At least one year of experience on
customer service/ call center Able to work in a fast-paced work
environment Have strong organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented, have a professional appearance and strong work
ethic
