Our client is an investment company based in Tokyo, Japan whose core business is to make acquisitions and investments globally to expand their group. They are looking to expand their business in the US by looking for companies specifically within the Technology, IT and Software sectors to join as a capital alliance partner. The principles that form the cornerstone of their business is to provide an honest and professional approach to each opportunity on their own merits and risk. Currently we are looking for an M&A professional in the US with a successful track record of completing deals within the US. We have the intention to acquire & invest in companies in the US and are looking for a skilled, motivated, and experienced individual within the M&A sector to work with us in creating successful opportunities and completing deals. We would like to find someone who has experience in and are: - researching and sourcing M&A deals independently without depending on M&A intermediary - has an active approach in finding companies who are willing to sell to become part of their group - negotiating and can structure deals with companies at a comparatively cheaper price such as net book value - being able to professionally represent our company providing a positive explanation to our approach, our company and about the deal opportunity including any PMI (Post Merger Integration) plan - an American citizen and is currently living in the US (Local candidate) - a CA, CPA holder or related certificate holder is preferred - working for any of the Big 4 accounting firms - familiar with the M&A market in the US - working for 5 years+ in an M&A business (Buyer side) - working in an M&A field and/or a related job Other conditions: - Workplace will be in the US. - Starting position as an independent contractor (1099) for up to 12months. - Self-motivated with a desire to be successful and independent - Monday to Friday with daily working hours: 8 hours days - Holidays: National/Public/bank/etc. holidays) - No overtime as an independent contractor - Remuneration will be subject to your experience via monthly invoiced payments. - Estimated monthly payment of $8000 minimum but flexible based on experience and success.Job Requirements:

• Identify potential technical (software, hardware, gaming, etc) ventures that are thriving to purchase in the US.
• Manage throughout merger and acquisition, joint ventures, investments, project financings and similar business transactions.
• Provide strategic financial leadership and support on the evaluation of potential alliances, acquisitions, and mergers
• Have worked for one of the big 4/5 for at least 3 to 5 years
• Negotiating corporate agreements
• Using software and other technology tools
• Manage and follow up in connection with client business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, financings and other business transactions
• Help inform content development and strategic direction
• Coordinate the activities of other external advisors (e. g. legal counsel, auditors) as required by the company
• Support senior leadership and owners in making key decisions
• Organizing materials dealing with mergers & acquisitions
• Advising business teams on commercial contracts and major procurements
• Report directly to the CEO
