* We are not able to sponsor any visas at this time * Primary Purpose: Manages a group of User Acceptance Coordinators and User Acceptance Specialists who work on projects ranging from small enhancements to major systems projects and other business initiatives. Works directly with the Business Unit, IT, the client and other internal departments to analyze, understand business requirements, and ensure the development efforts meet all requirements in the implemented solution. Continuously strives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, ensures the team and UAT processes remain compliant, reviews and updates standard operating procedures periodically, and partners with teams across the organization to ensure enhancements and implementations are successful. Successful candidates will offer a strategic perspective, sound business judgment, deep analytical capabilities, and will coach and develop team members. They will possess strong intellectual curiosity, and a passion for successfully completing all UAT efforts. They will be accountable for the performance of the team including test plans, the test scripts, testing efforts and the facilitation of meetings, interacting with multiple teams on multiple projects at one time. Manage user acceptance testing initiatives by communicating across multiple lines of business, organizing meetings and supporting training efforts to ensure effectiveness of UAT initiativesFacilitate UAT process by reviewing test requirements, assessing business impacts of systems development, coordinating testing teams and developing and reviewing test plans and cases to ensure users conduct thorough and careful testingAdvise key stakeholders by communicating knowledge of application functionality and development processes to improve user acceptance testing and assist managers in meeting business goalsContribute to development and refinement of test case library by reviewing existing cases, analyzing business needs and developing new test plans to create a framework for future testing, increase efficiency and avoid duplication of workContribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating cultural expectations and influencing others to reward performance and value "can do" people, accountability, diversity and inclusion, flexibility, continuous improvement, collaboration, creativity and funAdopt NatGen values in personal work behaviors, decision-making, contributions and interpersonal interactions; manage own career development by soliciting feedback and valuing other perspectivesIdentify opportunities for efficiency within the team, develops plans for implementation of opportunities, and implements themSupport, and facilitates training of new team members.Develops and mentors team members by providing direction and support to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to project deadlinesMinimum Skills and Competencies: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
