Rizing Consumer Industries , a Rizing company, is an elite SAP Retail consulting company providing full life-cycle implementation services. We are looking for a Resourcing Lead to join our Operations team.

Description
This role leads resource planning and allocation functions for the Professional Services Team. As an individual contributor, the Resourcing Lead is a key partner to the different leaders and practices within and outside of the Line of Business. This role will be heavy in communication and coordination across multiple departments and roles within the organization, including senior leadership and executive team members. In addition to their defined resourcing responsibilities and due to their bird's-eye view on the delivery operations, the Resourcing Lead takes part in many strategic discussions and activities to ensure continuous improvement and good data-driven decision making.

Essential Functions
Evaluates staffing options and defines the recommended direction based on information such as skillset mix, availability dates, and career goals. Communicates and collaborates with Line of Business Center of Excellence (COE) owners to align on placement.
Collaborates and communicates with Recruiting to define recruiting needs including specific role skillset requirements, timing, and other requirements.
Evaluate the staffing plan and identify gaps in the skillset for future project staffing.
Evaluate overarching team for skillset strength and opportunities, including periodic SWOT analysis with recommendations.
Support the integrity of internal systems that support resourcing. This includes supporting the validation across systems, collaboration with internal partners, and report creation and distribution.
Support the suite of reporting to communicate and analyze resourcing metrics such as utilization, bench analysis, resource conflicts, under/overuse of resources.
Prepare presentations to share analysis findings; presentation audience to include executive and leadership teams in addition to the professional services team.
Collaborate to drive compliance with the professional services team on timesheet compliance, appropriate use of timesheets, paid time off management, and other financial impacts.
Identify, modify, and develop process documents to educate existing and new team members on resourcing activities.
Support offshore resourcing partners with forecast projections and ongoing communication regarding offshore resourcing skills and needs. Partner to ensure they have the capacity to start new engagements and so resource allocation conflicts or issues are being addressed and solved.
Serves as a conduit between various departments, including Business Development, Delivery, Rizing corporate resources, Offshore Partners, Accounting, and Finance.
Support ongoing upgrades of internal systems including delivering requirements, testing, and training professional services team members, as necessary.
Leverage all available information and knowledge to ensure the right resource is being proposed at the right time on the right project.
Drive continuous alignment and accuracy in the system's data structure, so we can make accurate data-driven decisions.
Provide ad hoc support to all the different teams across the region and Line of Business, so we can always be agile and proactive in our resourcing approach.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent experience in a related field.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in resource planning and role placement.

Desired Qualifications
Consumer Industries/Retail experience.
Experience in consulting operation services.
SAP system experience a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Advanced proficiency in knowledge in MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
Strong analytical skills, ability to take large selections of data and summarize them into actionable data points.
High attention to detail, ability to triangulate and validate their own work and the work of others.
Ability to understand and follow the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to project and company goals.
Ability to attentively listen and effectively communicate in oral and written format in order to build relationships to include effectively articulating ideas to various audiences, creating and delivering presentations.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team.
Ability to build relationships with a variety of groups including executives, managers, and consultants.
Ability to creatively analyze and solve complex problems, with the ability to implement resolutions.
Ability to think in abstracts and logically, diligently asking probing questions and recommending solutions.
Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions.
Ability to establish and manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work long hours, including weekend hours to ensure deliverable commitments are delivered on time.
