Job Description:

MISSION: The Global Director of HRIS Transformation is responsible for setting the strategy and execution of HR system implementation, enhancements, and ongoing support. Primary responsibilities include establishing the HRIS strategy and vision, defining the HR technology roadmap and managing execution in close partnership with IT and Global HR. This person will also be responsible for creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. Qualified candidates should have previous experience leading the successful implementation of a full lifecycle HCM transformation with SAP SuccessFactors. Experience should include deep product knowledge and the ability to effectively translate strategy for both technical teams and product users. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Communicate strategy across both technical and functional teams * Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making * Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create a positive and effective outcome * Focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures * Analyze complex ideas and translate internal client processes into system configurations * Partner closely with SME to transform best in class processes to system solutions * Simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarizing key points * Partner closely with stakeholders to continuously improve system functions and integrate/communicate product enhancements * Configure & support process creation for SAP SuccessFactors * Enact deep knowledge of system specifications to meet the needs of internal clients * Coach project team members and organize efforts to ensure productive system implementation progress * Play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. * Validate configurations and ensure system quality through testing plans and scripts. * Full Lifecycle HCM Implementation * Oversee the work of project team members to ensure on-time deliverables * Implement HCM informed with a few on key global trends in each deliverable area * Provide regular workstream status updates and raise risks and issues through proper governance channels * Other Responsibilities * Other duties as assigned to support HR initiatives POSITION REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's Degree in a related field * 7 years of experience leading project teams for system implementations * Previous experience in HRIS ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc) * 5 years of Project Management experience KEY SKILLS * Demonstrated ability to configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors/HCM solutions; * Demonstrated record of providing SAP SuccessFactors product and implementation specialization to achieve defined business outcomes, along with configuration and testing * Successful full Life-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors, from planning to configuration through go-live; Identify between three and five skills required for the position * Demonstrated success as a team leader #LI-LB1 Nearest Major Market: Atlanta Job Segment: Information Systems, ERP, HR, Oracle, Database, Technology, Human Resources
