**The Role:** The Public Sector Strategist is responsible for articulating Logitech's value to the customer and the needs of the customer to key stakeholders within Logitech. In this role you will: + Tell a compelling story directly to public sector customers on how Logitech VC solutions meet their needs and organizational objectives. + Develop live and pre-recorded content to up-level our direct, channel partners', and alliance partners' sales teams to tell the Logitech VC story in the public sector. + Prepare documents - presentations, RFP responses, etc. - that accelerate and expand opportunities within public sector accounts. + Partner with account managers to provide support for strategic accounts and coaching around the market + In collaboration with the industry vertical marketing team, ensure a steady creation of public sector customer case studies by engaging with customers after a POC and/or deployment of Logitech solutions. + Establish and grow relationships with key industry associations. + Develop requirements and budget guidance for activities, and own project management responsibilities for the activity. + Deploy a regular cadence of internal communications on activities, including upcoming activities to leverage, and the outcomes/ROI on past and ongoing activities. + Share messaging and content with the channel marketing team to assist in their execution needs. + Collaborate with Head of Sales to determine the direction and messaging for Marketing partners. + Be onsite with customers, channel and alliance partners, and sales as necessary. Travel is an integral part of this role and will be expected when safe to do so, per COVID-19 safety guidelines. **Key Qualifications:** For consideration, you must bring the following skills and behaviors to our team: + Highly driven, self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, alliance partners, and sales. This role should be viewed by all stakeholders as an integral part of the go-to-market strategy. + Assist Head of Sales in defining strategy and point of view for K-12, Higher Education and Government vertical markets + Strong team orientation and partnership skills with the ability to build and foster cross-functional relationships. + Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at a time and able to balance the priorities of customers and the business. + Ability to glean industry trends from ongoing communications with customers and key industry group leaders + Persistent curiosity about what is possible for customers using Logitech solutions. + Good business acumen to balance the needs of the business with the requests from customers. + Entrepreneurial and work well in a rapidly changing environment and the ability to innovate within a growing business + Strong focus on problem-solving and the ability to identify and implement scalable solutions. + Experience working cross-functionally across all levels of a highly matrixed organization. **In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:** + Experience working within a public sector sales organization. **Education:** + Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 6+ work experience. _Logitech is the sweet spot for people who are passionate about products, making a mark, and having fun doing it._ _As a company, we're small and flexible enough for every person to take initiative and make things happen.
