Earnings are commission-based and depend on your sales performance!_* As a Business Development Specialist you will have the opportunity to help PtronEyez expand our service offering by acquiring new business. In this B2B role, you will use your proven skills as a sales pro to scan your territory, develop leads, set appointments with potential small business clients and acquire new accounts further expanding our customer base. Our Account Management team will then take over each new account while you receive residual income from each sale, allowing you to continue to present our line of services to new clients. Whether you currently work in Outside Sales or have similar experience and transferable skills, we would love to hear from you. We offer competitive commission-based compensation, and opportunities for consistent ongoing income. Note, this is a commission-based contracted position. However, at times we have additional opportunities for employees to earn ongoing wage-based income. This could be an ideal opportunity for a person who is employed full-time to earn supplemental income. Or, if you are not currently employed and are seeking a flexible part-time opportunity, this could be ideal for you! Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

* Developing a professional list of potential business customers. * Clearly understanding our suite of Professional Service offerings. * Contacting and meeting with small business managers and owners. * Presenting our services to professionals and securing new business. * Meeting and/or exceeding targets and sales goals. * Proper and timely submission of paperwork including service agreements. * Communicating with internal and external professionals to ensure fluid processing.

Candidate Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing or related field preferred but not required. * 1-3 years of B2B or B2C sales. * Proven experience in developing new business and establishing accounts. * Proven ability to work interactively with professionals and negotiate deals. * A high standard of quality, responsibility, commitment and honesty. * Excellent people skills and attention to detail. * Comfortable working in a competitive fast-paced industry. * Experience following general and technical competencies such as: Prioritizing, Organizing, Documenting and Reporting. * Skilled at using electronic technological systems such as a computer, tablet, smart phone, technical applications and various software systems.
