This is an on-site position located in Melbourne, Florida POSITION SUMMARY Our Senior Salesforce Administrator is the primary point of contact for multiple departments who require configuration, maintenance, administration, data management, reporting, documentation, and training within our SalesForce.com (SFDC) environment. Candidates must possess the ability to understand business requirements, processes, and build workable solutions in Salesforce.com. SFDC Administrators proactively engage and support our internal customer needs, their business, and ensure we are delivering high quality solutions. They manage all CRM configuration, maintain existing features/products for the business, and partner with stakeholders to design and implement new global initiatives, and drive global quality improvement processes. Administrators must leverage their technical skillset and teamwork capabilities to successfully implement large projects that are scheduled to be built and delivered by multiple departments including but not limited to: Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Contracts, Finance, etc. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Manage SFDC CRM including support requests and escalated administrative needs of users by providing prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business support issues. Hands on configuration of new and existing Salesforce.com features including user management, roles/profiles, Permission Sets, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflows rules, email templates, Process Builder, Flows, Lightning Pages, Custom Metadata Types, Custom Settings, Managed Packages. Focus on user efficiencies, solving business/customer issues, invent creative solutions, and ensure data accuracy across the system. Experience migrating classic to Lightning UI. Experience configuring and implementing latest salesforce products (Einstein Bots, Einstein Analytics, Customer 360, Lightning Components etc) Partner with global business stakeholders to proactively identify, drive, and build improvements, enhancements, and system customization that solve critical business needs. Keep up to date with Salesforce releases, features and best practices. Make recommendations to management regarding implementation as appropriate Knowledge of ETL integrations with connected databases Hands on experience in performing complex data loads Participate in change management process. Drive communication efforts across relevant stakeholders. Evaluating complex business and technical requirements, communicating inherent security risks and solutions to technical and non-technical business owners. 24/7 ownership and resolution of Salesforce system issues and outages Develop and train other SFDC Admins, including development of standard processes. Analyzes ROI of projects by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts. Updates job knowledge by researching and benchmarking; reading trade publications. Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or related field required. Experience: 5 years' experience implementing and configuring SFDC for 200 users 2 years' experience training SFDC admins and managing projects Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Solid understanding of and detailed experience with SFDC architecture A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users Proven ability to build effective partnerships with business owners and technical partners Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively ensure results Proven aptitude for quick creative thinking and acute attention to detail within demanding deadlines. Detail oriented and highly organized professional with project management skills Team player able to listen to stakeholders' needs, collaborate and deliver on objectives Master Microsoft Office Suite. Competence in Portuguese or Spanish is a plus
