As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will report to the Director of Inside Sales. You will produce reports, interpret data, and provide recommendations on areas of improvement and automation. The Sales Operations Analyst will also be the subject matter expert of business processes, sales and operational data, and key metrics that determine the overall health of the sales org. We are looking for someone who is a highly collaborative individual contributor to work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance. As the Sales Operations analyst you will actively support the Sales Organization (Inside Sales and Solutions Sales teams) as the front-line day-to-day contact for reporting, analysis, and sales tools support. What you'll be doing:Serve as the trusted advisor and go-to-resource for sales team for any questions relating to Salesforce, sales tools and/or general ad-hoc requestsResponsible for ensuring that Inside Sales and Solutions Sales data is accurate in CRM and other systemsFind CRM best practices and educate sales partners to drive consistencyOnboard and train all sales new hires in Salesforce and sales enablement toolsIdentify process optimization opportunities and partner with Leadership to implement recommended changesBuild quarterly and annual dashboards to track goals through full buying cycle Requirements:Salesforce Experience RequiredExperience with Sales & Data Visualization tools a plus (ZoomInfo, Apollo, Chorus.AI, SalesLoft/Outreach, Tableau, etc.)Highly organized and high attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize at times of high volumeAbility to communicate within all levels of the organizationAbility to thrive in a start-up environment, highly self-motivated, extremely detail-oriented, analytical with demonstrated problem solving and have sound business decision making skills in a fast growing/fast paced environmentby Jobble
