We are actively hiring a Facilities
Coordiantor to join our team. The Facilities Coordinator
will work closely with the Facilities Manager to support all
facilities activities. The Facilities Coordinator will provide
support to the Facilities Manager by providing work order
coordination, follow up, scheduling of contractors/vendors with the
goal of facilitating the completion of work to a satisfactory level
in a timely manner.
Successful candidate will have experience
handling a high volume of work requests via email, phone, and
Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). The candidate
must be willing to coordinate, manage obstacles, and work as a
liaison between Facility Manager, contractors, vendors, and
internal customers to successfully complete the work requests on
time and on budget. The ideal candidate will have strong
interpersonal skills, as well as excellent phone and email
- Manage the CMMS system for assigned locations, including
receiving work requests, assigning work orders, entering system
data and monitoring work through to completion.
- Follow up with vendors to confirm acceptance of work
order, verify ETA for service and status of work completion.
- Contact internal customers to update them on ETA and status of
work request (Parts on Order, Waiting on Quote, etc.)
- Remove any roadblocks preventing work from being completed. If
unable to resolve, contact Facilities Manager to resolve.
- Assist Facilities Administrator with updating information in
CMMS, creating scheduled maintenance work requests, and bulk work
orders if needed.
- Assist with onboarding new vendors/contractors.
- At the direction of the Facilities Director / Facilities
Manager, follow up with contractor / vendors to request quotes,
question invoiced charges or obtain updated information.
- Associate Degree and 2 years of
facilities management experience or 4 years of facilities
management experience. Will consider candidate with 5 years of CSR

computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) is highly
- Demonstrated ability to work and
communicate professionally, verbally and in written form with
internal and external customers.
- Demonstrated customer service
- Experience with Microsoft
Software including Excel, Outlook and Word.
