Job Description:

This position will be responsible for building a team to enable effective sales decision making, E2E high quality scalable execution and value rick reporting and analytics. You will be measured on the following deliverables:

Managing the strategic plan for sales planning decision making

Leadership to craft the tools, processes, applications and data structures to effectively enable critical decisions

Drive sales go to market, territory and quota scenario planning and recommendations

Build scalable repeatable processes around sales planning

Drive the deployment of infrastructure where appropriate to enable sales operations execution

Build structure and data stewardship to ensure high quality insights / planning capabilities

Influence infrastructure configuration to support capability needs for coverage, planning and forecasting

Strategically plan and manage key insights, KPIs and data to support business reviews consistently deliver on time with a high level of quality

Align data architecture / structures to support Compensation Delivery

Own standard definition development for KPIs and Metrics

Identify and manage the golden source for all data elements.

Capabilities to enable efficient sales decision making (tools, process, people, data)

Scenario Planning toolsets / applications and recommendation to sales leadership

Coverage modeling / analytics, data structures

Target setting modeling / analytics / decision making, delivery

Overall reporting strategy, development and delivery

Leadership for sales resource planning, and headcount management

Best in class analytics / insights / business review materials sales performance, business growth, coverage effectiveness, sales trending, etc.



Success in leading and driving transformation within sales operations and across leadership stakeholders

Effective decision making around the application of infrastructure to enable sales process and decision making

Building high performance teams

Deep working knowledge of and background in leading territory planning, quota deployment, sales analytics / reporting functions

Excellent communicator

Ability to build and execute a strategic plan

History of scalable transformation

Ability to influence

Track record of deploying/ configuring infrastructure to minimize manual work product

Familiarity with SF.com, Xactly, PowerBI, Anaplan and other sales planning platforms
