Job Description:

Coordinating and managing the HR-related functions of the distribution center

Assisting the 4 managers on site with any day-to-day tasks needed for managing associates

New hire candidate pre-selection / setting up interviews for both RDC #60 and DC #01 DC Managers using Paycom portal

Complete onboarding processes for all new hires

Handle most Paycom related duties including timecard approvals / PTO approval

Attendance policy administration

Act as witness to sit in on all personnel disciplinary related matters within the distribution center

Provide daily P&A (Productivity and Accuracy) data to each operations management team

Act as front-line liaison with staffing agencies

Work with HR on terminations related paperwork

Play role in annual safety / security audits documentation / records retention / annual safety video compliance

Other duties to be assigned to fit changing business needs

Experience working within Paycom

Bachelors degree
Experience working as an HR assistant/admin -OR- Office Manager -OR- Admin Assistant

Insight Global personality SHARP, outgoing, positive!

Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables)

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
