Job Description:
Process cross-department external change forms including rate
changes, match set up changes, and other candidate, client, or
contract-specific information
Work closely with members of Payroll, Revenue, and Compliance
departments to ensure changes are compliant with Insight Global
policies, client specific requirements and state/federal
requirements
Coordinate with Payroll Admin team to facilitate retro-active
payroll adjustments
Coordinate with Invoicing team to facilitate retro-active billing
adjustments
Help identify areas of improvement to create more efficient
processes
Strong communication skills
Experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office products
Critical thinking skills and ability to utilize resources at hand
to problem solve
Strong organization skills with a keen ability to prioritize and
multi-task
