IGH Compliance Program Administrator

Job Description:

The Compliance team is comprised of three different organizations: Onboarding, Operations and Regulatory. Within each organization, there are various divisions which include account implementation/maintenance, client audits, national accounts, government services, etc. Our goal is to mitigate risk to the company by ensuring all contractors we hire meet our clients onboarding criteria prior to going to work on site and ongoing compliance requirements. As the IGH Compliance Administrator, you will be a part of the Regulatory organization for the IGH Compliance Program. The IGH Compliance Program consists of company policies and procedures that all company employees, directors, management, and individuals contracted by the company to provide staffing support or related services directly to Insight Global customers must comply with specifically those within the IGH division. You will be responsible for tracking various trainings, exclusion testing and overall IGH population.

Supporting effective business processes and controls to ensure organization is satisfying its healthcare contract, regulatory and compliance obligations including remediating any identified gaps in a timely fashion.

Establishing effective partnerships across the business and enabling functions, such as Internal Audit, Human Resources, Legal, Revenue, etc.

Supporting Compliance Officer with any named task.

Keeping up to date with IGH population and continuously tracking annual training and exclusion screening.

Be able to navigate ComTrak, Atlis, Erecruit and eStaff 365 to confirm start dates, locate and investigate contractor resume information, retrieve requisitions, etc.

Be able to navigate First Advantage and Continuous Monitoring for exclusion testing.

Prepares presentations and supporting content for key IGH committees and other activities.

Prepares issues list to track and manage commitments to closure.

Prioritize workload when needed

Detail oriented, organized, fast learner, self-starter, team player, time management

Reporting research results, data entry management, general math skills

Ideal experience includes customer service, healthcare/credentialing and/or risk management

Ideal majors include business, education, communications, healthcare related

Experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office products

Experience in a fast paced, highly energetic environment preferred

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely through email and on the phone
