The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for sourcing, recruiting and on-boarding corporate and clinical support candidates for Benevis Practice Management Services across the country.  As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will identify and attract highly qualified individuals through cold calling, networking, referrals and advertising. Being a member of the team requires working at a fast pace, while meeting weekly and monthly goals. You are expected to develop candidate pipelines that meet staffing needs, while building a reputation for solid, competent and caring placements. This position is an in-house position at a rapidly growing healthcare company.


Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
• Developing innovative recruiting strategies for sourcing and hiring for both professional and clinical roles for locations across the country
• Strong Sales and Negotiating Skills -- ability to attract candidate to "hard to recruit to" locations throughout the US
• Interviewing applicants and submitting their qualifications for review to the appropriate hiring manager
• You will be responsible for full cycle recruitment including offer negotiation, new hire paperwork, confirming training, and any other on-boarding tasks that are required
• Providing great customer service to our candidates by responding to all calls/email on a daily basis.
• Input and update Applicant Tracking System daily with all communication and appropriate updates
• Weekly updates providing to the Talent Acquisition, Operation and Clinical leadership regarding status of current candidates
• Responsible for keeping online ad campaigns active
• Responsible for visiting assigned training programs and trade shows throughout the year to give presentations, attend events


Qualifications

Qualifications
• MUST have 5+ years of recruiting experience with solid experience with professional placements
• Bachelor's degree
• Prior experience recruiting healthcare providers will have an advantage in this position
• Excellent sourcing/screening skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, interviewing, public speaking, negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail (need Type A organization skills)

Plus:
• Work independently and remotely
• Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time
• Experience with an ATS and CRM, preferably iCIMS
