KPMG is currently seeking a Video Operation Services Manager, to join our Digital Nexus technology organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd level support for 3rd party Voice/Video support teams; manage projects for voice services in new and renovated locations; test & commission complex AV systems to ensure Audio, Video and Control systems have been built and configured properly
  • Manage projects with vendors, to Install equipment for new and renovation facilities; lead efforts to diagnose and resolve complex system configuration, production and deployment problems
  • Work with Asset Management team to maintain inventory records for all equipment purchased, installed or controlled by Video Ops teams; review and approve vendor quotes and final documents on work completed for Video services; work with vendor to evolve the firm's automation capabilities
  • Lead and perform equipment, software and firmware updates as recommended by industry standards and directed by the Engineering Team; work with architecture team on platform recommendations and perform testing in a lab environment
  • Perform routine system administration tasks including OS and application patches, upgrades and backups; build, maintain and promote strong technical documentation
  • Deploy, maintain and utilize monitoring infrastructure to provide quality assurance for the firm's video platforms; document the environment as it evolves and produce work instructions for various audiences

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of recent experience working in client facing roles and working alongside those in leadership positions; IT Experience in supporting, maintaining and configuring Poly, Extron, Lutron and Crestron audio visual equipment and operating systems as well as with AutoCAD; Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & MS Project
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is preferred; CTS certifications preferred
  • Demonstrated strong knowledge of Crestron, Extron, AMX, Poly and Audio DSP technologies; experience using and training people on Microsoft TEAMS and TEAMS Live
  • Proficient in video border proxy and cloud video interoperability architecture; experience with implementation, operation, optimization and how to secure difference facets of the firm's UC environment
  • Strong verbal/written communication, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority; must be able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and team work; trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; participate in resource planning processes based on defined organizational plans
  • Hands-on experience with network routing, switching and firewall platforms; required availability for afterhours/on call and travel as needed
