Responsibilities: Responsible for full-cycle recruitment across several business units located in multiple states Develop and maintain strong working relationships with managers by gaining an understanding of the work performed, team structures and talent needed to effectively execute work Develop a clear understanding of hiring needs, qualification requirements and, selection criteria Screen and interview candidates for active positions and potential future positions needed Encourage and support the hiring of a diversity of candidates to support Equal Employment Opportunity Conduct phone screens, facilitate the offer and onboarding process Maintain candidate application information within Applicant Tracking System, ensuring that candidate notes, follow up and tracking is up to date and accurate Proactively seek out applicants for vacant positions and not rely solely on those that submit applications Responsibilities will include attending career fairs, assisting with college recruiting, online and classroom presentations and, marketing the employee referral program Travel will be required up to 30% of the time to attend various recruiting events and to build relationships with hiring managers supported by this position Requirements: Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field or equivalent experience Recruiting in a construction environment is preferred Minimum of 2+ years of experience in high volume recruiting preferred Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail Proficient using social media platforms, Applicant Tracking software and, MS Office products Ability to present information and respond to questions from various levels within and outside of the organization Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information exposed to Excellent interpersonal skills will be required as the position will have interaction within the organization and with external contacts Strong organizational and time management skills will be required along with the ability to follow through and hit aggressive timelines Equix offers: Multiple medical plan options Weekly pay Wellness program Dental and vision plans FSA and HSA options 401k savings plan with employer match Financial protection products Short and long term disability, life, accident, critical illness Legal Shield and ID theft plans Employer-paid life insurance Paid Time Off and paid holidays Employee assistance program Employee referral program Candidates must pass pre-employment screenings that may include a drug test, background check, reference checks, and driver's license check with an acceptable driving record.
