The Ecommerce Project Manager will work closely with key business stakeholders, ecommerce teams, internal design and technology teams, and external partners to plan,

execute, and optimize digital content and user experience (UX) projects for the Aaron's

website.

As a team contributor, this person can multitask, problem solve, and manage multiple

timelines, and is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work cross-functionally. They

understand and are passionate about content, website UX, and providing the best

customer experience across all digital channels.

This person will coordinate the execution of website promotions, digital content, basic

website functionality, and the online user experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are launched successfully
  • and fulfill to the business requirements
  • Work with design and development teams to plan, coordinate, and deliver content,
  • website features, and promotions across one or more digital platforms
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders to establish and maintain timelines
  • Facilitate ongoing prioritization discussion with stakeholders and ensure top
  • projects are getting the needed attention to elicit the largest gains in shortest time
  • Identify and document important project challenges and pool stakeholders together
  • to drive solutions
  • Required Skills and Competencies:
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, self-starter, and a possess strong sense of teamsmanship.
  • Demonstrated ability to summarize and communicate project status to senior
  • leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Ability to handle a very high number of parallel projects; maintaining visibility on
  • prioritization, bottlenecks, and stop gates

Required Education, Experience, and Certifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in B2C ecommerce or digital agency
  • 1-2 years of project management experience or similar developmental programs
  • Bachelor degree; business or marketing preferred, but not required
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required
