in search of a Continuous Improvement Engineer to join their
Leveraged Furniture Operations (LFO) team of HON and Allsteel in
Cedartown, Georgia. In our 'Rapid Continuous Improvement' focused
organization, engineers in this focus area will perform engineering
tasks and projects that are centered on a variety of opportunities
for improvement, from simple process changes to larger
transformations. You will investigate, analyze, and implement
solutions to positively impact our manufacturing operations across
your entire plant!
You do not necessarily have to hold a degree in engineering to
be considered for this role, though that does help! If you are a
natural problem solver, have a mindset for Continuous Improvement,
and embrace positive change, these qualities will help lead to your
success in this position. This, along with experience in
manufacturing and sound knowledge of lean tools and methodologies,

technology. Business degrees will be considered.

- 2 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a CI-focused
