Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Department: Marketing

Report to: Marketing Manager

FLSA Status: Exempt


The Marketing Coordinator is an integral part of a team of professional, dedicated employees coordinating internal and external Marketing efforts. This position must utilize diverse skills including team-based interaction, project management, goal setting and administrative support. They must have the ability to work under pressure, demonstrate active listening and exhibit organizational skills. The right candidate will gain exposure to all aspects of our Marketing department, helping to support key focus areas of the group.


Event Coordination and Support: Provide logistical support for dealer associations, conferences and meetings of various sizes as identified, liaising with organization staff. Assist with event documentation, scheduling, creative project management, shipping lists, sourcing of premium items, event registration, booth selection and onsite coordination, where appropriate. Provide post-event reports and coordinate post-event wrap up files to help accurately assess the success of each event. Manage event and premium item inventory.

Budget Administration: Assist with tracking expenses, managing the marketing purchasing card and submitting expense reports.

Campaign Coordination & Reporting: Support marketing campaign execution and data management needs, like event attendee list management, customer segmentation list facilitation and more.

General Support: Serve as the marketing point-of-contact for sales questions/requests, coordinate marketing new hire equipment/systems process, and assist in various marketing projects as needed.


Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

2 years of experience in a Marketing department environment.


Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

Professional business presence and acumen.

Self-starter, high level of initiative, proven proactive thinker.

Commitment to customer service (internal and external).

Highly detail oriented with superb organizational skills.

Strong ability to multi-task with results-oriented mindset.

Calm individual who can operate under pressure, deadlines, and the demands of a busy office environment.

High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, Outlook.

Basic knowledge in graphics arts software (Adobe, WordPress) and HTML for website applications or willingness to learn.

Experience with CVENT event management software or equivalent event management software.

Experience with Salesforce is a bonus but not required.

Must be able to lift items up to 20 pounds.

Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays if needed.
