Job Description:

The Talent Deployment Manager will serve to deliver a streamlined staffing experience to Riveron's Service Delivery teams by serving as a single point of contact for filling all staffing needs - specifically, developing staffing solutions tailored to project type and optimized against business and talent priorities, ensuring project teams are properly set up and forecasted in the billing and scheduling systems, and providing staffing reports for management. As a Team Member, You Will:

  • Provide Service Delivery teams with qualified candidates for open project needs, prioritizing needs, and allocating resources in alignment with business, client, and talent strategy.
  • Utilize information from the Talent Acquisition team and information housed in deployment tool to assess best-fit practitioners, taking into consideration practitioners skills, professional goals, and/or staffing preferences.
  • Work to fill resource requests, advising the Service Delivery teams on creative and alternate staffing solutions that may provide improved quality, timeliness, or margin.
  • Maintain understanding of full portfolio of engagements and sales pipeline for the designated business area by analyzing deployment data, leveraging business relationships, and gathering key information from the Service Delivery teams.
  • Identify future demand surges and supply shortages by level, skill, and/or industry, and partner with Talent Acquisition Managers to develop recommendations for mitigating any misalignment of supply and demand.
  • Support deployment needs for large, cross-practice engagements, with a focus on driving a streamlined business experience.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team to provide representative resumes or other resource management-related information in support of sales or proposal activities.
  • Maintain high-level of proficiency in all deployment tools and relevant resources.
  • Partner with Practice Leads and Chiefs of Staff to help shape staffing strategy, enable attainment of practice revenue goals, and provide feedback to support staff retention. Your Experience Includes:
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience
    • 3+ years of prior public accounting experience or 7+ years demonstrated successful talent acquisition experience in a high-growth environment; experience in talent acquisition for a variety of positions at all levels, with 1 to 3 years supervisory experience preferred
    • Accounting/Finance Certification (CPA, CFA) or HR Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR or SHRM-SCP) preferred
    • Prior experience in or supporting consulting, accounting, audit, or advisory practices preferred
    • Mastery of Microsoft Office Products-- Characteristics for Success in This Role:

      • Ability to practice and coach organization managers in the practice of a high level of confidentiality
      • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop staff members
      • Demonstrated ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the executive management team that provides overall company leadership and direction
      • Entrepreneurial spirit and a solution-oriented mindset
      • Ability to work in ever-changing, dynamic environments
      • Ability to craft and deliver verbal, written, and oral messages and make recommendations to a variety of audiences, including client leadership and internal teams
      • Desire to get involved in the Riveron culture and internal initiatives, including community service, training, interviewing, intramurals, and other social/networking activities-- Travel Requirements
