Job Description:
If you are a Mortgage Underwriter with experience, please read
on!What You Will Be DoingAssume the responsibility for the quality
of underwriting of all loans to ensure all investor guidelines have
been met and review all files prior to submitting to the
investor.Responsible for keeping to the current turnaround times
set by the VP of Underwriting to the best of your ability.Analyze
all loan packages for indications of fraud.Issue suspense notices
for review by the VP of Underwriting and follow up on underwriting
concerns letters.Review all VOE concerns with VP of
Underwriting.Responsible for deciding when loans are ready to
submit to investor.Review all loans that were suspended by the
investor and to seek approval when possible.Review all commitments
prior to signing for accuracy and to determine all conditions can
be met.Work with post-closing on clearing conditions.10. Verify
appraiser and closing attorney to be used are approved with the
investor of choice before sending the loan to the investor.What You

Certification Preferred, but not necessary5 Years' experience
working with FHA, VA, USDA, or BondsOpen-minded individual to learn
