Based in the Southern California our company is looking for a
motivated new remote Loan Processor. We have a client base that
knows us for our quality work.What You Will Be DoingAs a Loan
Processor you will be responsible for preparing loan files for
residential mortgage applications.What You Need for this Position5+
years of experience...* Solid knowledge and understanding of
conventional and government (FHA/VA) loan requirements* Solid
knowledge and understanding of state and federal real estate
lending regulations* Solid knowledge and understanding of loan
processing software systems* Solid knowledge and understanding of
desktop underwriting programs preferred* Extensive knowledge and
understanding of customer service and intrapersonal best
