• Current practice consists of 5 physicians and 1 NP
• Each physician has access to individual scribe and nurse
• Ability to perform multiple ancillary services in the office
• Sees both inpatient & outpatient, but does not manage ICU care or overnight admissions/care ("hybrid" model)
• Round on inpatients prior to seeing patients in the office each day
• 1:5 inpatient weekend call
• The call during the week is really from 5 to 6 pm. They are in the office until 5 And then the hospitalist take over at 6. On the weekend it is from 7 am to 1 pm and the hospitalist take over at 1 pm. It would be every fifth weekend
