Position SummaryThe Operations Advisor III is key to Integrity Marketing's success to optimize the designated goals for the organization. The Operations Advisor III is responsible for partnering with the sales and business leadership to develop and drive projects, identify opportunities to remove administrative burdens, improve the efficiency of the organization, and manage operations to support retention and growth through tactical and strategic initiatives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of data driven tools that provide insights to the effectiveness of the marketing team
  • Create business processes that drive a predictability to results
  • Ensure proper applications and products are executed in a timely fashion
  • Enhance scalable processes to ensure best practices throughout the organization
  • Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the organization's planning efforts.
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement working in partnership with sales management.
  • Monitor accuracy of efficient distribution of sales report and other intelligence essential to the sales organization.
  • Recommends modifications to existing reports and leads efforts to create new report designs.
  • Develop and update operations policies and procedures as needed
  • Work closely with all stakeholders and departments that directly and indirectly influence the success of the channels, such as Finance, Customer Success, Sales Enablement to ensure optimal engagement with business plans.
  • Contribute to the requirements needed to achieve sales, profit, and strategic objectives for the organization
  • Optimize social media platforms to increase traffic, engagement, and market products
  • Provides high level administration support as needed
  • Assists with projects as required
  • Other duties as assigned Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business or 4-6 years of related experience
    • Expert research capabilities, analytical skills and business acumen
    • Ability to conduct business analysis, identify trends and opportunities, and translate findings into easy to understand communications
    • Excellent communications skills, including ability to present analyses, reports and PowerPoint presentations
    • Ability to adjust to new demands and operate with a sense of urgency
    • Ability to utilize combined industry benchmarking information with a strong analytical capability to identify market trends and test alternative approaches to the market that yield superior performance. Physical and Environmental Demands:
      • Specific vision requirements include the ability to see at close range, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
      • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear
      • Frequently required to stand, sit for long periods of time, and reach with hand and arms
      • Possess the ability to fulfill any office activities normally expected in an office setting, to include, but not limited to: remaining seated for periods of time to perform computer based work, participating in filing activity, lifting and carrying office supplies (paper reams, mail, etc.)
      • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20-25 pounds
      • Fine hand manipulation (keyboarding)
