OneMain Financial, a leader in consumer lending, leverages
MuleSoft to provide an integrated application network. We are
looking for a new member of the API Support team who will be able
to balance production support along with DevOps engineering.
In this role, you will be responsible for learning and
leveraging the MuleSoft platform and monitoring production
environments. In this hands-on position, you will develop, secure,
support, troubleshoot, and monitor the MuleSoft platform, framework
and standards to the enterprise. You will also have opportunities
to guide projects and API support activities.

To be successful in this role you should have the following.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science or
Experience in a help desk or production support role
DevOps engineering and/or CI/CD pipeline automation
Ability to excel at troubleshooting issues
Ability to critically analyze issues and use judgment to make
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and
customer service skills
Ability to communicate complex technical terms in an easy to
understand, non-technical manner
Self-starter, energetic multi-tasker, highly motivated and team
Ability to engage with and establish trust and rapport with all
levels of team members
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties
Will work on additional technical projects as needed
