Duties & Responsibilities
Ownership of the roadmap, metrics, and technology that ensures
Ventures freight network remains in balance and we satisfy the
service and experience needs of our shippers and drivers.
Roadmap & Features: You will own the product roadmap & backlog
for a domain vital to Venture’s success.
Build the tools and intelligence that Ventures uses to track and
respond to changes in market dynamics.
Optimization & Insights: You will work closely with data
scientists to deeply understand our marketplace and help drive the
growth of the company by capturing and responding to demand in real
Identify operational weaknesses and help improve or innovate new
processes to keep local teams as efficient as possible
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering,
Information Systems, or equivalent tech-heavy, product/ engineering
8+ years of proven success in Product Management
High level knowledge of object-oriented programming language
preferred (especially Java)
Experience in IT software project/product management or IT
Ability to lead analytics to guide business decisions
