Job Description:

Koch Foods, a leading poultry processor in the U.S., is seeking a highly skilled Plant Manager to oversee operations at one of its key production facilities. This role entails managing all plant operations to ensure efficient production that meets strict quality, cost, volume, and safety standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, team management, productivity optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence and sustain Koch Foods' reputation for high-quality poultry products. Oversee daily operations of the plant, ensuring compliance with all governmental and company regulations. Manage production goals, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met. Lead and develop a large team of supervisors and staff, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Optimize production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining product quality. Coordinate with supply chain, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment with overall corporate objectives. Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Prepare and manage the plant budget, including cost analysis and forecasting.
