Foreman - $22-$25/hr DOE! This position is a direct hire
opportunity! Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Plastics
Injection Molding Shift Foreman for our plastics manufacturing
client to start immediately at $22-$25/hr DOE! Receive

Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of the injection molding
process during the assigned shift, including setup,
troubleshooting, process improvement, and necessary adjustments.
Collaborate with production staff, providing direction and training
to maintain high efficiency and product quality. Support proper
care, handling, and preventive maintenance of injection molds and
molding machines. Work closely with the maintenance department to
address repairs and maintenance needs for tooling and equipment.
Optimize process parameters to enhance productivity, consistency,
and part quality while reducing defects and scrap. Enforce safety
standards, housekeeping policies, and good manufacturing practices
across the production area. Possess a basic technical understanding
of thermoplastic injection molding and related machinery.
Demonstrate strong leadership, organization, and communication
skills with the ability to guide and coordinate team members
effectively to meet plant goals. Partner with the Plant Manager to
address shift-related employee matters and ensure smooth
operations. Contribute toward achieving company objectives and
operational targets. Note: Additional tasks may be assigned as
needed to meet business requirements and are considered reasonable
for this position. Location: Buchanan, MI Schedule/Shift Details:
2nd Shift Qualifications: Ability to stand throughout an entire
shift (8–10 hours). Ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Minimum of a
high school diploma or GED. Previous experience in an injection
molding production environment. Forklift certification
