Job Description Job Description We are seeking motivated Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and monitor production machinery, perform assembly tasks, and ensure quality standards are met. This position is hands-on and ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently Assemble and handle axle-related components as needed Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures Maintain clean and organized work areas Assist with minor machine maintenance as required Qualifications: Prior experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Ability to perform repetitive tasks safely and accurately Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to lift, bend, twist, and stand for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Physical Requirements: Frequent lifting and handling of small to heavy parts Standing for most of the shift Bending, twisting, and reaching frequently Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM Company Description Connecting Companies with Good Employees, and Employees with Good Companies Company Description Connecting Companies with Good Employees, and Employees with Good Companies
