TRC Talent Solutions is looking for an Inventory Specialist for our client in Fayetteville, GA Summary: Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to support our parts and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, picking and packing customer orders, and using computer systems to track, process, and ship parts efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency. Job Details: Hours: 7am-4pm (some OT may be required) Pay: $18-$21 based on experience Positions: Direct Hire Job Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and accurately stock incoming parts and materials Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management or ERP systems Perform routine cycle counts and assist with physical inventory Identify and report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods Maintain clean, organized, and clearly labeled storage locations Accurately pick parts based on sales orders, work orders, and shipping requests Pack orders securely to prevent damage during shipment Verify part numbers, quantities, and order accuracy before shipment Prepare shipments using carriers’ software and internal systems Meet daily shipping deadlines and prioritize urgent orders Assist with warehouse organization and continuous improvement initiatives Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times Support other warehouse and parts team functions as needed Computer & System Use Use computer systems to enter inventory transactions, process orders, and print labels Navigate ERP, inventory, or shipping software with accuracy and efficiency Maintain electronic records and documentation Communicate order status or issues via email or internal systems Qualifications: Required Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse, or pick/pack operations Strong computer skills, including experience with inventory or ERP systems High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to read part numbers, work orders, and shipping documents Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks Preferred Experience in agricultural, turf, or equipment parts environments Stand Forklift experience (3 years minimum) If you are selected to interview for this role you will need to be comfortable being given basic instructions which may results in climbing on the sewing table from a step stool, and be tested on your skills at sewing on and industrial sewing machine Why Join TRC Talent Solutions?
