What You Will Be Doing: As the Mobile Hose Service Technician, you will travel to customer work locations to build hydraulic hose assemblies and install them on-site. Primary Responsibilities: Operate and maintain mobile hydraulic hose van in established territory Inspect, identify, measure and build hydraulic hoses on work sites Remove and replace hydraulic hoses on construction and industrial equipment Maintain mobile workshop and inventory Develop customer relationships and prospect for new business Additional Responsibilities: Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner. Additional duties as assigned by manager. Who We Are Looking For: To be successful in this position you should possess a strong sense of urgency and desire to provide superior customer service. The ability to take direction and work in a team environment is essential to this position as well. Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience with and basic knowledge of hydraulics beneficial. Experience with hand tools. Experience with hydraulic manufacturing machines beneficial. Required Qualifications/Skills: Must be 21-years-old or older. Valid, active driver's license. Ability to clear driver screenings and provide necessary information for a complete DQ file, including but not limited to: Background check and MVR with less than 10 points. DOT Physical Drug Screen Ability to become fork lift certified and adhere to all Yancey safety standards Ability to lift 50 lbs. repetitively and occasionally higher amounts with assistive device Values: At Yancey Bros.
