Atlanta | Hybrid An AmLaw 50 law firm is seeking a mid-level
associate to join its Intellectual Property practice with a focus
on trademarks and copyrights in Atlanta. This role is well-suited
for an attorney with experience handling trademark prosecution and
enforcement matters who is interested in sophisticated brand
protection work within a nationally recognized IP platform. The
Role The associate will work closely with partners and senior
attorneys on trademark prosecution, portfolio management, and
trademark enforcement matters. The practice includes advising
clients on brand protection strategies, handling disputes involving
trademarks and copyrights, and supporting litigation and
enforcement matters. The role offers meaningful responsibility and
direct involvement in complex intellectual property matters. Ideal
Background 3–5 years of experience in trademark prosecution and
enforcement Experience managing trademark portfolios and brand
protection matters Exposure to trademark litigation, enforcement,
or dispute resolution preferred Strong attention to detail and
excellent organizational skills Strong written and verbal
communication abilities Admitted in Georgia or eligible to waive in
