SourcePro Search has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Corporate Paralegal to support our client’s corporate legal department in the Duluth area. This is a great in-house opportunity which offers a high base, bonus and growth opportunities. This role will be responsible for managing corporate governance files, reviewing and drafting contracts, and managing global contract database. Also responsible for drafting and filing corporate registrations, preparing and reviewing drafts of a variety of contracts, including confidentiality agreements, various services agreements, purchase and supply agreements, and licensing agreements, under supervision of attorneys, and supporting the Global Compliance & Business Integrity Officer with respect to North American compliance matters. Requirements: A minimum of two years’ experience as a Corporate Paralegal with particular emphasis on corporate governance expertise and diverse complex transactional experience. Corporate law department or large law firm experience is required. Experience supporting Compliance matters would be a plus. BA or BS degree and paralegal certificate.
