Job Description Job Description At Poole Huffman you will have the opportunity to work directly with the managing partners on a diverse range of cases providing top-tier legal representation to our clients. Responsibilities: Demonstrate the ability to develop and execute effective legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients. Demonstrate attention to detail preparing and filing legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs. Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations. Manage the discovery process, including depositions, document requests, and evidence gathering. Demonstrate the ability to communicate with clients informing them about case progress and providing clear explanations of legal matters. Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism in all interactions. Excellent writing skills. ?? Qualifications: 7 years’ experience preferred. GA Bar Admission Ability to build rapport with clients. Strong case management and organization skills, including managing numerous cases at once.
