Our Atlanta-based personal injury law firm is seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Injury Litigation Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate must have 4-6 years of verifiable experience in personal injury litigation, a strong work ethic, and a desire to grow within the field.

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
--- Manage all phases of personal injury litigation;
--- Draft pleadings, motions, and respond to discovery;
--- Conduct depositions, mediations, and trials;
--- Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel;
--- Develop and implement case strategies to secure favorable case outcomes.

Qualifications:
--- The candidate must have 4-6 years experience handling personal injury litigation cases rom start to finish.
--- Excellent written and verbal advocacy skills are required.
--- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively is essential.
--- A strong dedication to providing exceptional client service is a must.
--- State Bar of Georgia membership required.
