Job Description:
Salary: Commensurate with ExperiencePosition Expires: Open Until
FilledGeneral Description -Applicants should be capable of handling
all stages of litigation including discovery, depositions, and
alternative dispute resolution. The ideal candidate should have at
least three (3) years -of litigation experience in general civil
litigation in state and federal courts. - The ideal candidate
should have trial experience and experience working with senior
attorneys and administrative staff. - Prior experience representing
a municipal or other local government is not required. - The
position will require extensive contact with various City
Departments and Atlanta City Council.Applicants must possess strong
written and oral communication skills, analytical skills, sound
judgment, professionalism, and the interpersonal skills necessary
to contribute to a litigation team handling complex legal matters
in a fast-paced environment.
