Main Purpose of the Role To deliver incremental net new revenue to the Company by selling products and services. Behavioral Expectations: Client's Employees are expected to exhibit the following behaviors in the performance of their role: Work collaboratively with colleagues, exhibiting Client Values Ensure that all client (internal and external) communications are handled in a professional, timely and courteous manner Communicate necessary information timely, accurately and effectively; report incidents to management Welcome new projects and ideas; continuously work to enhance job knowledge while bringing value to role Take ownership of your work; follow-thru until final resolution Key Responsibilities : Anticipates market trends and proactively prepares for changes Proactively adds to and manages sales funnel with viable and numerous opportunities develops action plans for sales prospecting and market penetration; obtains 'NEW' business from existing accounts Delivers effective, high-quality presentations tailored to the specific audience Identifies and seeks out information / facts needed to solve a problem; Identifies optimal solutions to problems by weighing the advantages and disadvantages of alternate approaches Understand Company targets, Mission, Vision, Values and Goals and strives to meet and exceed Understands the buying/selling process; recognizes non-verbal buying signals Prepares for each meeting, establishing objectives and outcomes Holds consultative sales meetings with clients; pairs the client's needs with appropriate service/product solutions Differentiates Client from their competitors; demonstrates working knowledge of market and competitors Anticipates and actively listens to clients' upcoming needs and concerns; finds solutions to problems that are beneficial to all parties Closes the sales/ask for the business Uses the appropriate and differing communications to touch same clients multiple times Job Requirements: Provides strong after-sales follow-up and support to clients as needed Actively networks in the legal community; is considered a 'valuable' player in the space Builds sustaining client relationships through consistent and perpetual follow-up (6x/year) Utilize a rigorous sales process including planning, follow-up and closing; using all the tools available to you; and adherence to policies Approach your territory and accounts strategically so as to drive growth - cultivate your high potential accounts, drive meaningful exchanges, be client-centric always, and create relationships at all levels within your accounts. Understand Client's products and services, their value and commensurate fees Can effectively explain and/or set prices for clients, cases and other opportunities Consistently uses SFDC, Strat Workbooks, Sales Toolkit and other tools to effectively manage opportunities, activities and clients Works collaboratively with colleagues and external clients, exhibiting Client Values Ensures that all client (internal and external) communications are handled in a professional, timely and courteous manner Skills and Competencies: (The abilities that the individual needs in order to perform this role effectively) - - - - - - - - - Demonstrated success in sales, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills in a fast paced business environment Proficiency in MS Office required Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills Dedicated professional with the ability to respond to requests promptly and accurately Must be detail oriented, organized and be able to multi-task Proactive and motivated with strong problem solving and follow up skills Must be able to work both independently and with a team -Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in related field Minimum of 15 months of direct experience in sales and/or marketing services to the legal community Sales with established client base preferred Prior knowledge of/experience working in the Legal industry "We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law."
