Infosys is seeking a Product owner - Planning Domain . In this role Planning Domain knowledge with Retail/CPG functional experience and expertise will be required. You will interface with key stakeholders and apply your functional and product proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle. You will play an important role in providing futuristic business solutions in the planning domain. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 4 years experience with Information Technology. Excellent in hands knowledge implementation, configuration and integration of leading market products as SAP IBP/APO, Kinaxis, O9, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, Oracle RPAS, etc. Locations for this position are Atlanta GA, Raleigh, NC & Richardson, TX . This position requires travel and/or relocation to project/client locations. Preferred Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience in configuration/implementation efforts of client projects with advanced planning analytics, deployment, communication, and tactical assistance around Sales & Operations Planning, Demand, Inventory, Assortment, Supply & Response, Demand planning, Replenishment, Supply planning or Operational supply chain. Experience with Retail and CPG industry. Utilize data collection tools and analytics methodology for advanced supply chain analysis. Interpret data around supply chain trends, optimization, and forecasting relating to performance metrics and potential recommendations to clients and assist with research initiatives for solution design. Driving the Product Roadmap, identifying, capturing, tracking with cross-functional Business SMEs/ stakeholders. Flawless execution in interfacing with multiple different teams, identifying roadblocks, resolve dependencies. Manage Tech/ Business stakeholders’ communication. .Experience in Jira, Confluence, Agile methodology and good understanding of Agile ceremonies Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills (regression, forecasting, optimization, allocation, replenishment, etc). Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment. Knowledge of integration to planning products. Collaborate with project leads, system architects, partners, and client teams to identify data best practices, develop success criteria, and optimize new reports features and models. Communicate with customers and customer teams in verbal, visual, and written formats, complex results to technical and non-technical audiences. Strong Client interfacing skills, with prior experience in directly interfacing with IT Director, AVP, Architect levels. The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
