Job Description:

critical thought leadership focused on developing analytical
processes, tools, and strategy for driving improved performance
throughout the Home Services. This role is responsible for managing
an organization that spans a wide-range of functional and technical
skillsets. This role helps to drive analytical initiatives to
tangible results meeting and exceeding Home Services operational
and financial targets. The role requires considerable analytical
and technical skills, ability to effectively describe those
processes to leadership, and successfully drive implementation. The
role requires strong partnership & communication skills with
operational teams. Key Responsibilities: 15% - Capital Planning -
Establishes short and long range capital plans and executes
projects in a timely and fiscally responsible manner with utmost
customer satisfaction. 20% - Implementation - Develops, plans and
implements department's goals and objectives. 15% - Problem Solving
- Provides sophisticated and scalable solutions when confronting
challenging analytical and technical challenges. 50% - Team
Leadership - Manages, develops, and maintains a team dedicated to
analytics projects throughout numerous elements. Direct
Manager/Direct Reports: This Position typically reports to Director
Data Science. This role has 3 direct reports. Travel Requirements:
Typically requires overnight travel less than 5% of the time.
Physical Requirements: Most of the time is spent sitting in a
comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move
about. On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light
articles. Working Conditions: Located in a comfortable indoor area.
Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not
objectionable. Minimum Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or
older. Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications: Ability to guide the strategy for BI
tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, PowerBI) to ensure data models
support effective reporting (hands-on visualization skills are a
plus but not required). Working knowledge of presentation software
(e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint) Experience architecting scalable
solutions using DBT core, Big Query, CI/CD, Kubeflow (Vertex AI),
Airflow (Cloud Composer) Understanding of generative tools and
workflows (MCP, A2A, LLM ops) Knowledge of advanced
mathematical/statistical techniques as applied to AI/ML workflows
Ability to draw accurate conclusions from financial documentation
Demonstrated project management skills (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
Proven ability to translate complex technical architectures into
clear business value for non-technical stakeholders and executive
leadership. Excellent written and verbal communication skills M.S.
in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, supply chain or related
quantitative field Work experience with several RDBMS and NoSQL
database systems Work experience with Salesforce CRM Minimum
Education: The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired
through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent
degree in a field of study related to the job. Preferred Education:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the
completion of a master's degree program or equivalent degree in a
