following job description: We are seeking a ServiceNow UX Developer
to lead the front-end experience for custom ServiceNow applications
and portal experiences, with a strong emphasis on Employee Center
Pro and modern UI patterns. This role will partner closely with
product owners, process SMEs, and platform engineering to design
and build intuitive, scalable, and accessible employee experiences
across HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Workplace Service Delivery
(WSD). The ideal candidate is hands-on, opinionated about user
experience, and comfortable turning requirements into clean,
performant, and reusable UX components that align with platform
standards and enterprise governance. Key responsibilities: 1.
Design and build employee-facing experiences using Employee Center
Pro, ensuring consistency, usability, and adoption. 2. Develop and
maintain Service Portal / Employee Center pages, widgets, and UI
components to support HRSD and WSD journeys (e.g., onboarding, case
management, workplace requests, space/room services). 3. Translate
user needs into journey-based experiences, simplifying complex
processes into intuitive steps. 4. Build the UI layer for custom
ServiceNow applications, including forms, interactive experiences,
and guided flows. 5. Develop reusable UI components and patterns
that can be leveraged across multiple teams and service lines. 6.
Partner with platform developers to ensure front-end designs map
cleanly to data models, workflows, and integrations. For this

the following locations Atlanta GA, Charlotte NC, Raleigh NC,
Richmond VA or Wilson NC. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Participate in testing, implementation, maintenance, and
escalated support of Truist's most complex solutions. 2.
Development includes but is not limited to customized coding,
software integration, analysis, configuring solutions, or use tools
pertinent to the area, project, or system to configure or generate
a solution. 3. Ensure adherence to company and industry standards.
Provides technical consultation on extremely challenging or unusual
situations. 4. Write and run unit tests. 5. Devise or modify
procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment
capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired
results. 6. Interpret internal/external business challenges and
recommends best practices. 7. Use sophisticated analytical thought
to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions. 8. Mentor
less experienced teammates to build technical expertise. 9. Does
not have management responsibilities. This position serves as the
technical expert on the team and is often the strongest engineer,
answering and solving the most complex, unusual issues, but does
not have the skills nor the interest in management. Therefore, in
the technical industry and many companies, this position is often
aligned at the same level as an entry level manager. This creates a
career path for an individual contributor to remain as an
individual contributor and does not have to seek a management role
for promotion/pay. 10. In an Agile environment: Act as an Agile
champion. Responsible for delivering high quality working software
and automating manual/reusable tasks working directly, and
consulting with, the business from the beginning of the design
work. Leverage continuous engineering practices to deliver business
value regarding effectiveness of the design. Actively participate
in refining user stories. Responsible for development and
developing unit testing, and supporting integration and functional
testing. Responsible for providing warranty support and providing
knowledge transfer to production support. Develop code in
accordance with the acceptance criteria established by the Product
Owner. Qualifications Required Qualifications: The requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree and eight to twelve years of experience as a
developer or equivalent education and related training or
experience 2. Deep specialized and/or broad functional knowledge 3.
Sound understanding of business and organizational strategies and

challenges and recommend best practices 5. Ability to lead complex
projects 6. Sophisticated analytical skills and the ability to
solve complex technical and business problems 7. Ability to

Preferred Qualifications: 1. 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow
development experience with a strong focus on UX / front-end. 2.
Demonstrated experience building experiences in Employee Center
Pro. 3. Practical experience supporting HRSD and WSD use cases
(portals, catalog experiences, case journeys, workplace requests).
4. Strong skills in: UI Builder and modern ServiceNow UX patterns
Service Portal (pages, themes, widgets) and/or legacy portal
development as applicable HTML / CSS / JavaScript (and comfort
debugging client-side behavior) 5. Experience translating business
requirements into clean user experiences and scalable UI patterns.
6. Strong communication skills; able to explain UX decisions and
tradeoffs to technical and non-technical audiences. OTHER JOB
