Cox Automotive is seeking a talented and experienced Lead Cybersecurity Integrated Architect to join our dynamic IT and Cybersecurity team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the design and implementation of secure networks, systems, and applications. Your mission is to ensure that all digital assets and technologies across Cox Automotive are safeguarded against cyber threats and align with industry best practices and compliance requirements. By integrating state-of-the-art security paradigms into every facet of our technology framework, you will play a crucial role in protecting the companys data and supporting our continuous drive to provide premier automotive solutions. Develop, plan, and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity architecture for all information systems and networks. Lead risk assessment and cybersecurity framework activities to identify vulnerabilities, recommend remedial actions, and improve overall security. Manage the cybersecurity team in the integration of new technologies or upgrades, ensuring seamless and secure transitions. Monitor security protocols and conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with external and internal standards. Collaborate with other IT leaders to align security measures with strategic business outcomes. Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats and technologies to ensure proactive defenses are in place. Educate and train staff on best practices for cybersecurity.
