corner.The Executive Director of Cloud Transformation will own and
lead the end-to-end process of migrating our internal ERP systems
from on-premises infrastructure to Oracle Cloud. This senior role
requires a hands-on leader with proven experience in similar
transitions and a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud solutions. The
ideal candidate has successfully driven such transformations within
a company setting rather than in a consulting capacity.Key
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a comprehensive cloud migration strategy
for ERP systems, aligning with organizational goals and optimizing
business processes.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and
deliverables are met on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and manage
project risks while ensuring effective communication with
stakeholders.
- Conduct periodic status meetings with executive leadership to
provide updates and insights into the migration progress.
- Oversee the technical aspects of the ERP migration, ensuring
seamless integration with existing systems and business
processes.
- Utilize domain knowledge of Oracle Cloud to guide
decision-making and resolve technical challenges.
- Develop comprehensive change management strategies to prepare
and support the organization through the transition.
- Facilitate training programs and workshops to enhance team
capabilities and adoption of new cloud-based systems.
- Establish and enforce quality assurance protocols to ensure
data integrity and compliance with industry standards and
regulations during the migration.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement cloud
security best practices.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree
preferred.
- Proven experience as a senior expert on the delivery side in
multiple organizations, with a track record of successful ERP
migrations to cloud platforms.
- Extensive knowledge of Oracle Cloud solutions and best
practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal
skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage
large-scale projects.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and drive process
improvements.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to
