Description:We have an exciting opportunity for an MDM/Mobility Analyst to join our clients team. This person will help with design and support of hardware, software, and cloud services to deploy, manage, track, harden, and audit mobile devices including iOS, Android, Windows 10, and Workspace One.This individual manages, maintains, troubleshoots and optimizes the mobile cloud environment, its related mobile devices and suggests adjustments and new system designs for future needs. The Restaurant Solutions Engineer ensures that all mobile devices and activations are in compliance with PCI and other industry standard security policies and procedures75% of there day will be driven by escalations for for Mobility issues.10-15% is doing work in MDM (Moving profiles, engineering, design and looking at the network)Day to Day/Responsibilities:Systems Administration of VMware Workspace One MDM including configuration and installation across iOS, Android and Windows Tablets and multiple profiles as needed for business purposesEnforce mobile device policies and procedures in the environments including payment packages.Provide support for loading commercially available and in-house developed mobile applications into endpoint management tool application catalogs and help deploy those applications.Maintain existing and, as required, develop new documentation that will include but is not limited to Support Documentation, Architecture Guides and Diagrams and other project relevant materials adhering to organizational templates, policies and standards.Responsible for tracking of device inventory in MDM and perform audits of the MDM / Endpoint Management system.Liaison between the business units and the endpoint management tools to test, validate and deploy new VMware Workspace One releases and evaluate new OS mobile device releases for iOS, Android and Windows platforms.Assists with the development of technology point-of-views, standards, and roadmaps for the implementation of these technologies.Performs other job related duties as may be assigned or required.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES: - Strong understanding of working with large mobile device management environments - Knowledge in MDM architecture and infrastructure - Availability to provide after-hours/on-call support as needed - Excellent teamwork, time-management and organizational skills - Excellent communication skills - Regularly work with multiple departments to accomplish changing business needs - Develop plans for completion based on priorities - Provide direction and updates to restaurants, field leadership, and other departments concerning system activities and changes, using approved communication vehicles - Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities - Demonstrated leadership and personnel project management skills - Able to conduct research into issues and products as required - Highly self-motivated and directedAbout TEKsystems:We're partners in transformation.
